Hello, we are in need of experienced players for an A league team in Woburn. Our record is 4-10, but are not yet out of play-off contention. We lost 2 players to the oil spill (Coast Guard), and 2 to injury. Not looking for any money to join, just 4$ a game for umps. All positions needed. Thanks, Marc

It appears the powers that be decided to change the Fun League this year. Formerly 6 teams that play Thursdays at Marvin, the Fun League has added a 7th team, the "Hit Men," and since only 6 teams can play on a given Thursday, they have moved some would be Thursday games to Rotary on Tuesdays.
